New Online Class and an update on the Five Minute Paintings
First, the Five-Minute Paintings. I made a little progress on a few of them. Nice to have so many to work with, I can just play around. Its just like Big Fat Art. Here are some before-and-after images of works in progress. These are all on 19"x25" gessoed paper.

| On this one I pretty much just enhanced what was there with artist quality paint and a bit more of the water soluble crayon. |

| Enhanced a few areas, then covered over some using a brayer with white paint. No idea what happens next. |

| I dripped the blue paint (latex) over the orange area, after painting over the orange quite a bit. A few other things, and Ill keep going. |

| This one took many turns. Its probably the most developed of the five-minute paintings, and Im not sure where it will go next. |

Beyond the Color Wheel: Advanced Color Studies
This is for those of you who know basic color theory, color mixing, color vocabulary, but want to take the study of color further, and develop your own personal color "voice". The class is a little different from the others, in that the lessons are sent every two weeks. Six lessons in all, but over the course of twelve weeks. This gives you time to get deeper into each lesson, reflect, and absorb.It begins on February 10, and, as usual, enrollment is limited. Click here to read description and sign up.

After series of meetings with ETISALAT official on
the need for etisalat network in akungba,which is the general
demand of AAUA students,i received a call not more 20
minute b4 now from the S/W zonal manager that our
students can go ahead to subscribe to ETISALAT network as
the network is currently available in akungba environment he
also promise better service,kudos to all union leaders for
there unrelented effort in making sure that this Golden
achievement see the light of the day..our effort will be
meaningless if we fail to inform u that we went to benin on
Wednesday to discuss the issue of electricity with the
principal officials of benin electricity distributry company,
while next week will be there along with the community
leaders and management for final talk,pls bear the
unbearable condition as we kip working for u ..God Bless AAUAITES..

New Pokémon Go’s Update Introduces Buddy Pokemon Feature
Niantic has announced that they will introduce a new feature called “Buddy Pokemon” in the next update to its Pokemon Go game.
According to the Pokemon Go Hub, the features lets you choose which pokémon from your collection to be your buddy, and you’ll then reap a variety of benefits from it, including “unique” in-game rewards and experiences.
“Buddy pokémon will appear alongside your trainer avatar on your profile screen, adding helpful bonuses such as awarding candy for walking together,” explains developer Niantic. “You’ll also have the ability to change your buddy pokémon at any time.”
It looks like it will work in a very similar way to eggs, whereby players place an egg in an incubator and walk around with it to build up mileage and eventually hatch it. The Buddy system would mean catching several of the same creature in order to build up candies would no longer be necessary.
While Niantic is yet to confirm the feature, the Go Hub data miners say the code is complete, suggesting we could see the feature launched as part of the next patch.
The announcement comes not long after the developer introduced its appraisal feature, in which the in-game team leaders would offer tips on each Pokémon’s attack and defense abilities to help trainers determine which Pokémon to use in gym battles.

New Site update
We are moving the entire site to this location, so please bare with us for now. To summarise the reasons:- I have not been able to keep up with the costs of my hosting as well as the domain name. While it may seem cheap with all the deals that are available these days to own a domain and free unlimited hosting, I have been with them for some time so the costs have mounted up. For the time being this place seems the best option as it allows us to use ads to help recover some costs. I would have used WordPress.com but unfortunately they do not allow basic users to put their own ads code on the blogs.
