If you see this message on your android: downloading… do not turn off target then here is how to fix it and get out of download mode and back to normal mode or booting.. Was updating my sgs when it got stuck on the screen where android is digging in the dirt and says downloading... do no turn off target. do i take the battery out to get it to shut down i am not too impressed with this phone already and now its possessed it should have had a dead battery ... Out of sheer curiosity and thinking i can exit anytime i pressed vol up key and the very infamous "downloading do not turn off" screen sits with the green android logo. all this was done without any cable attached to my computer since i don't want to root or flash my rom. i just was curious as to what happens next..
Easy fix! are you stuck in "downloading...do not turn off target!!" on your samsung galaxy smartphone? this goes for all galaxy phones even the new galaxy s7 edge.. Hey i am really really stuck i have the tmobile galaxy s, and my phone is stuck on the downloading. . . .do not turn off target. . . and i have tried removing the battery, the volume up power and home key method, the volume dwn, home & power key method and both volume dwn/up &power key method. and nothing is working its still popping back up.. I have a samsung galaxy note .. it has a green robot looking man on the front and it has come up with. "downloading do not turn off target!!!.. i canot turn the phone off .. can you help please.
