So, I am trying to lose some weight. Medication, chocolate and too much wine have combined against me. My well meaning neighbor asked me recently if I was having another baby. No, Just fat! But thanks for asking!! A few weeks ago, I had a brain wave. It is notoriously hard to get away from my children find the time to exercise, so I thought a perfect solution would be something I could do at home whether the boys were there or not. And what would be that perfect thing?? Hula Hooping!! I picked up a couple of hula hoops from Big W and was filled with a new motivation and sense of purpose. I was ready to hula the shit outta that hoop and lose my wine belly before you could say, "Semillion Blanc, anyone?" But guess what? I cant hula hoop. That thing hit the floor a millisecond after I flung it around my waist. My hips and waist seemed to be fighting on opposite sides of a very uncoordinated battle. The thing is, I just ASSUMED I would be able to do it. Who knew that hula hooping is an acquired talent?!? I thought everyone could do it. I told my Lovely Husband of my failure. Lovely Husband: "Show me. Surely it cant be that bad?" Fling. Clatter. (the sound of stupid hoop hitting the floor) Lovely Husband: "Wow. I thought it would at least go around once or twice. You really cant do that, can you?" Me: "I KNOW! It is so disappointing and confusing cos I was REALLY AWESOME at hula hooping on the Wii." Lovely Husband: "You realise there is no actual hoop involved with Wii hula hooping. Its just wiggling your hips." Me: "Hhhmmm. That explains a lot."

Baglung district, a part of Dhawalagiri zone, is one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal, a landlocked country of Asia. It lies on midhills of Nepal, 275 km west of Katmandu. The districts with baglung as its districts headquaters.covers an area of 1,784 km² and has a population of 268,938.
Baglung is the headquarter of Dhawalagiri zone. It is surrounded by parvat, myagdi, rukum, rolpa, pyuthan, gulmi districts. It looks like Nepal in shape. It had 59 village development committees and one municipality. it has many rivers and streams and so many bridges. It is a hilly district, most of the population settled in the sides of the rivers. Headquarter of Baglung (Baglung Bazaar) is also situated in the bank of the holy river- Kaligandaki. Like Nepal, Baglung is also diverse in religion, culture; temperature etc.Hinduism and Buddhism are the major religion. Magar, Chhetri, Brahmin, Newar, Gurung, and Thakali are the main ethnic groups residing in Baglung.
Baglung is rich in herbal medicine plants, Rice, corn, maize and potato are the major crops of baglung there are many mines in use in baglung in the past, iron and copper mines being the most prewalent..But they are not use for longtime because of the heedlessness of the government. There are numerous slate mines in use in Baglung. These slates are excellent for roofing. Baglung Bazaar, Hatiya- Galkot, Kushmi Sera and Burtibang are the main trading centers of Baglung. Galkot, Kushmi Sera and Burtibang are connected with the district headquarter Baglung Bazaar by raw roads. Small part of Baglung is electrified by Nepal Electricity Authority and some other parts are electrified by small local hydro plants. Recently, telephone has been accessible in almost all villages of Baglung.
Baglung is considered to be one of the politically most conscious districts and it plays a significant role in the Nepali politics.
Baglung bazar has been a trading town since ancient times frequented by traders from north and south. More recently, it is visited by tourists seeking to trek to Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, dhorpatan and dolpo. A well-paved but winding highway connects the town with Pokhara 72 km to the east. Highways to connect Jomsom, Mustang, Tibet to the north, Rukum via Burtibang and Dhorpatan to the west and Sera Bazar via airport (probably will see an extension to Palpa) to the south are under construction.
Baglung airport, now defunct, is located 12 km to the south of the town. This was the only connection to the outside world before completion of the highway. Above the airport is the famous shrine of Lord Bhairav. The latter is a long walk up the mountain through Paiyunpata (where the High school is located) taking 4–5 hours. Once at the top one has a breathtaking view of the surrounding Himalayas and Kusma Bazaar. Baglung has experienced a rapid expansion after the completion of Pokhara-Baglung Highway in the mid-90s. There is now a summer road that connects Baglung to Balewa—where the airport is located.

Nintendo to launch Super Mario Run for Android in March
TOKYO: Japans Nintendo said it will release an Android version of its Super Mario mobile game in March following the launch of Super Mario Run for Apple Incs iPhone in December.
The Japanese company announced the planned launch on its Twitter feed. Super Mario Run represents a belated bid by Nintendo to tap mobile gaming after restricting its most popular gaming character to its own game consoles. After launching the game on Dec. 15, downloads topped a record 40 million in just four days. By releasing an Android version, Nintendo can tap a much larger pool of potential gamers. More than four out of five smartphones shipped in 2016 use the Android operating system, according to market research company IDC. Analysts, however, note that so far less than one in 10 people who have downloaded Super Mario Run for free have agreed to pay $9.99 to unlock all the features of the game. Nintendos shares were trading 1.1 percent lower during morning trading in Tokyo, compared with a 1 percent gain in the benchmark Nikkei 225 index .

Há algum tempo o divertido jogo Kill the Plumber foi disponibilizado na App Store, permitindo que usuários de iPhones e iPads em todo o mundo pudessem aproveitar de uma paródia do clássico Super Mario Bros onde o objetivo é matar o famoso encanador controlando um de seus adversários, sendo assim uma inversão de papéis com o que acontece no título original.
Todas as semelhanças com uma das maiores franquias de todos os tempos, porém, não alegraram a Apple, que retirou o jogo pouco tempo depois de sua loja de aplicativos informando que violava direitos autorais de terceiros. Os responsáveis pelo título responderam a acusação, pedindo para que a empresa reconsiderasse e informando que tratava-se de uma paródia, porém onde todos os elementos foram desenvolvidos exclusivamente por eles, possuindo inúmeras diferenças para o que é visto na versão da Nintendo.
A companhia de Cupertino, contudo, informou que nada poderia fazer até que houvesse uma reformulação profunda "desde a aparência até as funcionalidades", algo que mudaria completamente os objetivos e a temática do divertido título. Com isso, os desenvolvedores resolveram abandonar a causa e anunciaram a sua liberação para o Android, que irá acontecer no dia 23 de julho deste ano, levando todas as características proibidas pela Apple para os usuários da plataforma do robozinho verde.
Não há informações sobre a criação de uma versão para Windows Phone, porém com a negação da Maçã é provável que os responsáveis pelo Kill the Plumber resolvam portar o jogo para o sistema da Microsoft, sendo uma forma de estar presente ao menos em duas das três maiores plataformas para dispositivos móveis do mundo.

F1 2015 teve mais imagens divulgadas exibindo o Grande Prêmio de Montreal. As fotos parecem ganhar vida tanto dentro das pistas quanto fora delas, graças aos incríveis gráficos super-realistas do jogo para PlayStation 4, Xbox One e PC. O game será lançado em 21 de julho nos Estados Unidos e chegará ao Brasil no dia 25.

Projetado exclusivamente para a nova geração de consoles e PC, F1 2015 exibe carros extremamente detalhados, tanto na parte externa quanto na visão interna, com circuitos fielmente reproduzidos. O jogo não relaxa nem mesmo fora das corridas, com belos visuais até nos boxes.
As imagens mostram também efeitos de iluminação impressionantes, como a sombra de árvores incrivelmente detalhadas sobre os carros e a pista. Há ainda efeitos climáticos que podem afetar a visibilidade do jogador, como a chuva na tela que simula o visor do capacete do piloto.
