Lenovo Legion Y520 Linux

Hello, i bought a lenovo legion y520 with preinstalled windows 10 and am now trying to install linux mint 18.1 mate in a dual boot fashion. since the laptop is new i was ready to face difficulties.. After researching for quite some time, i've managed to install ubuntu on my laptop's hdd (laptop's ssd is not the option, because after removing all of my files and soft, windows 10 still leaves only.
