So i have been playing around with gta 3 mobile on my iphone 3gs ever sense i got it and i can't seem to get player mods to work or even import to 3ds max not even txd mods work. the closes thing i got to a player mod is to replace player.dff and player.txd with someone in the game such as cat.dff and cat.txd .. Installation of rc models mod for gta san andreas. to install a rc model mod for gta san andreas, download the archive of the mod and run the automatic installer. navigate to the folder that contains gta san andreas and choose the ingame radio controlled model that you want to replace, and then start the automatic installation.. When grand theft auto 3 was in development it's makers wanted to have a multiplayer function included in the game. sadly and due to unknown reasons the multiplayer function was not implemented in the retail version of grand theft auto 3. although the feature was not in the product, the lines of code for the multiplayer were not removed..
